28 April 2012, seawal pagi telah membuktikan ketertiban para peserta Duduk Bantah BERSIH 3.0.  Mereka kelihatan sangat profesional, penuh semangat kekitaan, persaudaraan, perpaduan bahkan bersedia menjadikan himpunan itu sebagai satu rapat rakyat daripada pelbagai keturunan yang sangat aman pernah berlaku dalam sejarah Malaysia.




Ini terbukti dengan kehadiran ramai kalangan mereka bersama seisi keluarga; ayah ibu, anak-anak, tua muda, kecil besar bahkan termasuk juga rakan-rakan kita dari kalangan OKU - Orang Kelainan Upaya. Ada yang hadir dengan berkerusi roda, berpapah, bertongkat dan berdukung.

Andainya rakyat memang hadir ke situ untuk bertempur dengan pihak Polis, tentulah ratusan ribu rakyat itu lebih mampu menumpaskan keselamatan yang jauh lebih sedikit bilangannya. Tetapi itu tidak berlaku bukan? Bahkan rakyat pasrah melarikan diri selepas REGIM PDRM yang mendapat perlindungan dan jaminan suaka selamat REGIM BN membuat tindakan ganas menyepak, menerajang dan mengheret rakyat dengan muka terseret di atas tar jalan raya!

Sangat sadis situasi pada petang itu. Ironinya ratusan ribu rakyat itu majoritinya masih upaya menahan sabar dan hanya pasrah dalam pekik raung meminta tolong agar dihentikan pembelasahan regim dalam raut calar petang Sabtu 28 April.



Kamera, Video Kamera, Handphone Berkamera rakyat dirampas bagi melupuskan bukti kehancuran demokrasi kolot Regim UMNO Barisan Nasional. Seketika saya sangat merasakan itulah manifestasi kedzaliman Regim Tel Aviv ke atas ummat Palestine!

Tragedi keganasan Polis yang sebenarnya terus berulang! Langsung tidak menampakkan hasrat dan iltizam untuk berubah dan bertindak secara matang. Rakyat yang kalian ganasi itu adalah rakyat kita, rakyat Malaysia.

Hatta kalian juga tahu sebenarnya yang memulakan angkara provokasi adalah daripada kalangan kalian sendiri, meski berbaju kuning BERSIH tetapi jiwa dan gelagat mereka jelas menzahirkan kemunafikan dan kekotoran asuhan Regim! Jangan sama sekali mahu berdusta, selagi kalian percaya adanya Tuhan dan Hari Pembalasan! Setiap yang terlibat, doa kami mereka tidak akan selamat!

Nah, setelah terbukti pada 28 April 2012, ratusan ribu rakyat komited meneruskan acara DUDUK & BANTAH di Dataran Merdeka dengan semua mereka menghala ke sana secara teratur dan aman…. Hatta saya sendiri bersama adik-adik Ameerah DUDUK & BANTAH di bahu jalan, bawah tiang lampu trafik depan DBKL seawal jam 10 pagi. Kami menjadi saksi betapa suasana begitu tertib. Laungan "duduk duduk, bantah bantah", "buka buka, buka dataran", "bersih bersih, bersih bersih, bersih bersih...", dan bila lagu Negaraku dinyanyikan maka kelihatan ramai yang duduk tadi terus berdiri. Ini adalah bukti semangat hormat, setia cinta dan sayangkan Negara yang tidak pernah berbelah bahagi.



Semua yang hadir di situ adalah kelompok rakyat Malaysia yang sangat prihatin terhadap urus tadbir Negara. Kelompok yang sangat prihatin terhadap keselamatan dan kedaulatan Negara akibat terlalu banyaknya bukti penyelewengan dalam Daftar Pemilih SPR dan pemberian hak warganegara kepada pendatang-pendatang asing atas kepentingan survival BN.

Rakyat yang hadir pada hari itu hakikatnya adalah wira-wira baru Negara. Dan jangan Najib mahu berpaling daripada janjinya bahawa dia dakwanya akan mendengar denyut nadi dan hasrat rakyat! 28 April 2012 itu ratusan ribu rakyat membanjiri Kuala Lumpur. Apakah Najib tidak upaya mendengar denyut nadi BERSIH 3.0? Najib sebenarnya mahu apa lagi? Sedang dilandakah Najib dengan "denial Syndrome", sindrom penafian?

Selepas terbukti limpahan ratusan ribu rakyat Malaysia hadir, mengapa Regim lebih memilih untuk "BERKERAS HATI" tidak membuka laluan masuk ke Dataran Merdeka? Tempat itu bukan kawasan larangan umum. Tempat itu bukan kawasan persendirian. Bahkan dalam banyak masa, tempat itu menjadi persinggahan anjing, kucing dan tikus! Tempat itu juga adalah kawasan pelancongan awam. Tempat terbuka. Betapa derhakanya Datuk Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur bila menafikan hak "para pelancong BERSIH 3" ini.



Muhyidin Yassin dan para proksi Regim UMNO BN (dari kalangan NGOs baru yang hidup segan mati tak mahu) sibuk menuding jari kepada Penganjur BERSIH 3.0 dan kepimpinan Pakatan Rakyat. Sehingga sengaja melupakan punca utama terjadinya DUDUK & BANTAH pada 28 April 2012 itu adalah daripada kepincangan, penipuan dan penyelewengan dalam sistem dan perjalanan Pilihan Raya Negara ini yang diterajui oleh SPR yang mana Pengerusi dan Timbalan Pengerusinya adalah "baruah" dan "pencacai" UMNO! Selama ini makan duit membesarkan anak bini daripada hasil haram, menipu dan memperbodohkan rakyat. Shame on you Muhyidin!

Setakat berhujjah bahawa Dataran Merdeka tidak tergazet sebagai kawasan himpunan dalam akta yang baru? Maka apakah laluan dan persinggahan yang kami semua lalui pada hari itu tergazet? Umum tahu akta itu ditolak rakyat.

Dunia tahu betapa akta itu adalah satu pembohongan Regim untuk melakukan silap mata bahawa kononnya Regim Najib telah berubah dan iltizam untuk menghormati hak berhimpun rakyat. Nah, bukankah tragedi malang rakyat pada 28 April 2012 baru-baru ini adalah bukti kukuh bahawa Regim UMNO-BN ini sebenarnya dalam kegilaan dan kegelabahan yang cukup parah?



Selepas terkesima dan hampir tidak percaya dengan kata-kata Hishammuddin Hussien Onn pada 27 April, sehari sebelum BERSIH 3.0 mengambil tempat yang antaranya berkata "Apa pun yang berlaku esok (28 April) saya telahpun menyerahkan tugas kepada Polis...", kini saya fahami. Rakyat sebenarnya sengaja diizinkan untuk berkumpul sesak dari semua arah... sedang pihak polis telahpun siaga untuk "menghukum" rakyat. Ratusan ribu rakyat sebenarnya dijadikan "senjata" oleh regim untuk bertindak kerana mereka tahu dalam keadaan yang sebegitu ramai itu, selepas melepaskan air berkimia dan gas pemedih mata maka tentulah jumlah yang ramai itu dengan sendiri menjadi satu kelebihan kepada pihak polis!

Dengan hanya satu tembakan gas pemedih mata hakikatnya ratusan ribu rakyat yang tidak bersedia dengan kedzaliman itu telahpun lari bertempiaran. Bergelimpangan. Undur kehairanan. Saya menyaksikan ramai terpinga-pinga…"what is going on"?

Lelaki perempuan, tua muda menangis sambil juga menyelamatkan diri bukan sahaja daripada simbahan air berkimia, gas pemedih mata yang dimuntahkan bertubi-tubi…hatta lari daripada belasahan anggota polis yang umpama kerasukan syaiton.

Mengejar dan membelasah rakyat. Seolah anggota-anggota polis itu semuanya sedang kelaparan? Saya mendapat maklumat mereka memang telah dibiarkan lapar selama tiga hari? SUHAKAM didesak untuk siasat hal ini.



Hari itu ramai rakyat hatta saya sendiri tidak bersedia dengan apa jua kelengkapan seperti air dan garam kasar. Saya dan ratusan ribu rakyat hakikatnya sangat bersangka baik dengan Najib yang janji mahu berubah dan mendengar denyut hati rakyat. Shame on you Najib!

Apa pun pembohongan, gambaran buruk yang cuba diberikan oleh pihak Regim termasuk media proksinya, saya mahu tegaskan ini: RAKYAT SUDAH SEPENUHNYA HILANG KEPERCAYAAN. TUNTAS!

Semua yang bertugas dengan pihak media proksi regim ini sewajarnya menimbangkan semula posisi mereka di tempat masing-masing. Pendapatan yang mereka perolehi daripada bertugas untuk menyampaikan cerita ceritera pembohongan insyaAllah adalah haram. Setiap isi tubuh badan manusia yang terbina daripada hasil yang haram tidak akan terlepas daripada azab api neraka.

Hidupkan hati, tidak perlu sehaluan dengan BERSIH, cukup bersikap dan bertindak jujur, matang dan bertanggungjawab kepada Tuhan. Kasihani rakyat. Anda tidak perlu untuk ke Palestin, berdada dengan Israel. Kerana di Malaysia sahaja, rakyat yang menuntut hak telah menjadi mangsa pembelasahan Regim UMNO Barisan Nasional, saudara kembar Regim Tel Aviv!

Saya seru kesedaran daripada seluruh rakyat di semua peringkat, swasta dan khususnya kakitangan awam. Marilah bersama kami, kita Selamatkan negara. Selamat rakyat kita, SELAMATKAN MALAYSIA!



REGIM UMNO BN akan kita hadapkan ke muka pengadilan selepas PRU13 insyaAllah. Najib, Hishamuddin dan Ketua Polis Negara (serta semua yang terlibat) mesti didakwa atas tindakan mengarahkan "keganasan polis" terhadap para peserta himpunan aman bersih DUDUK & BANTAH pada 28 April 2012. Mereka tidak akan terlepas.

Agenda menuntut pilihan raya bersih dan adil adalah agenda rakyat. Dan DUDUK & BANTAH tidak akan berlaku seandainya pentadbiran Najib serius membuktikan kesungguhan untuk melakukan reformasi dalam sistem pilihan raya. Menghormati LAPAN tuntutan rakyat yang jelas sangat mudah untuk ditunaikan!

Nah, kalau masih ada yang mahu mengatakan BERSIH 3 DUDUK & BANTAH telah melakukan jenayah?

Saya mahu bertanya; apakah menuntut LAPAN perkara ini wajar dituduh sebagai jenayah dan penjenayah? 1. Bersihkan Senarai Undi. 2. Mereformasikan Undi Pos. 3. Gunakan Dakwat Kekal. 4. Masa Kempen Minima 21 Hari. 5. Akses Media Yang Bebas Dan Adil. 6. Kukuhkan Institusi Awam. 7. Hentikan Rasuah. 8. Hentikan Politik Kotor.

Hakikatnya, pihak yang tidak berusaha memenuhi LAPAN tuntutan yang sangat bersifat asas dan fundamental inilah yang wajar dituduh telah melakukan jenayah. JENAYAH KE ATAS RAKYAT! InsyaAllah kita rakyat akan menghukum mereka. Percayalah. ALLAHU AKBAR!
