Teres Padi Yang Indah
Di negara China, terdapat satu ciptaan tangan manusia yang begitu indah dan cantik hinggakan ramai jurufoto terkenal mengagumi dan terpeson dengan keunikan alam semulajadi itu.
Terdapat kawasan teres padi di pergunungan Yuanyang yang juga merupakan pengeluar padi terbesar di dunia.
Apa yang menariknya, pemandangan di kawasan itu umpama cermin yang bercahaya setiap kali tibanya waktu senja kerana ia dihasilkan oleh biasan cahaya matahari ke kawasan itu.
Di kawasan Yuanyuang, penduduk yang menetap di kawasan itu adalah kumpulan etnik Hani.
Mereka telah mengusahakan tanaman padi sejak 1,300 tahun yang lalu.
Teres padi itu dibina di kawasan cerun curam kawasan pergunungan itu yang ketinggiannya antara 1,000 hingga 2,000 meter di atas paras laut.
Penduduk di situ akan menanam padi setahun sekali iaitu pada bulan April dan akan menuainya pada bulan September.

Yuanyang county lies at an altitude ranging from 140 along the Red River up to nearly 3000 metres above sea level in the Ailao mountains and is about 50km north of the border with Vietnam.
